How do I log into WOAH Email?

Go to box.woah.email/mail and sign in with your full email address (yourname@woah.email) and your password.

I forgot my password

Email office@woah.email from any account you still have access to, or contact us with your registered details, and we'll reset it directly.

How do I set up WOAH Email on my phone or mail app?

Most mail apps will auto-configure when you enter your @woah.email address and password. If you're asked for settings manually:

• IMAP (incoming): mail.woah.email, port 993, SSL
• SMTP (outgoing): mail.woah.email, port 587, STARTTLS

Is my WOAH Email address created automatically?

Yes — when you sign up on the WOAH platform, your @woah.email mailbox is provisioned automatically using your exact WOAH username, and confirmation is sent to your signup address.

Do you scan or read my email?

No. WOAH Email does not scan message content for advertising or profiling. GDPR compliant — we do not collect cookies, tracking data, or personal analytics on the login page.
